We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing strategy in Brazil. This role is key to driving brand growth, managing budgets, and aligning campaigns with sales activities, while also fostering team development, and representing Brazil in our Group Marketing Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Brazil marketing strategy;
  • Develop a yearly marketing plan in close collaboration with sales teams;
  • Responsible for Brazil marketing budget;
  • Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities;
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals;
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results;
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity in Brazil;
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing activities;
  • Establish a good environment for - and engage in good collaboration with - colleagues working on marketing projects (i.e. supporting the team spirit).

Responsibilities (Group):

  • Part of the Group Marketing Management Team;
  • Responsible for representing the Brazil business unit in the Group Marketing Team (mandate given by managing director in Brazil – acting on behalf of Brazil).

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to speak in public with confidence.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset to assess campaign performance against goals.
  • Experience in financial management of marketing budgets.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Fluency in English, and Portuguese.
